Just a quick hello to people here, I'm from England, but currently studying in the US. I've met many Japanese folks since i've been here and have become abit of a Japanophile. So, Hi!
Heya, dood. I'm from England too and I'm also well into Japan. Are you studying Japanese/interested in the language? I just joined but I thought I'd post on a few unanswered introductions.

Good luck, dood.
Unfortunately i'm not studying Japanese, I am however interested in doing so. My Degree, is Politics and International Relations, I am half way through my degree, so I may do a Masters in Japan(degree taught in English) if I get a scholarship. That would be quite amazing. It's good you've gotten into Japanese so young, at A/Level, you will be miles ahead of most of those who start. Are you considering studying Japanese at degree level then? I'd throw in Chinese too, for career prospects.
Yeah I love it. I left uni to do it actually. 'Cause I got in before but didn't get the grades to do Japanese so I was doing something I wasn't sure about. So I left and started studying Japanese in London and never looked back. But yeah I wanna do it in uni this time around but I dunno if it'll happen.
Ya I was thinking of doing Chinese too, I quite like the language... but the thing is I'm not really into, or even aware of, Chinese culture. With Japanese I love anime, manga, Buddhism, the Japanese way of life and social-culture. Dunno if I could study something that my heart wasn't into.
