But would there be a way to see two mirrors face to face without obstructing it and seeing only the reflection?

An important aspect left out of the question was what the distance of the mirrors are from each other. If they were just stuck face to face to each other, it may not relect anything due to the lack of light. But if there was a considerable gap between the face of the mirrors, the mirrors will probably reflect each mirror infinetly, as mentioned, also including the mirror edges and what's around it in the background, due to the gap.

Actually, no.
Important details like that were purposely left out of the question. When you start giving logical, concrete details like that, it narrows the potential methods of thought that was originally the purpose of the question. The question isnt posed for an answer. Its a question that is supposed to give the ponderer the chance to think outside of concrete thought and explore the infinite depths of abstract thinking.

Actually, can't you use one of those mirrors where you can see in on one side but on the other side, it acts like a conventional mirror? Use that and another mirror and you can look into the other mirror and see whats beign reflected.

Alright, I should have been more specific. What would nothing look like? Try to imagine nothing. If it's the absence of everything, then it almost seems to be oxymoronic. Absence of light would be black, but you have black. To make black absent, you would need light. Or maybe I'm just retarded.

Nothing is the absence of anything. So if nothing has lost anything or everything, then how can it be reflected if there isnt anything to reflect? All that is reflecting is nothing, but how can something be reflected if it doesnt exist? Nothing doesnt exist, because it is the absence of everything; yet it casts a reflection, thereby suggesting it exists.

Oh I didn't jump to a conclusion this is part of a long train of thoughts that I've been working on, and brought me to all kind of similar hypothesis. It's amazing though that a question about mirrors could bring such discussion, well done indeed. By the way, about the mirrors, if they spread to infinity and are perfectly parallel, then, what you would see is not nothingness but infinity, but since there is no way you can see between two mirrors that spread to infinity you never realize what infinity can be, it's like trying to see the entire universe all at once. Now that didn't make much sense.
