Rental cars as a lunch-break refuge...

Growing number of car-sharing users don't rent cars for driving - The Asahi Shimbun

Ok, but here's what's not so cool about it:

[rant] Idling is an issue that doesn't seem to concern a lot of motorists: people heat up their cars in winter in front of their homes, delivery guys (Japan Post, takyubin, and other services) spend their 60-minute lunch break napping in their air-conditioned cars, the same goes for cab drivers, and, of course, combini breaks don't warrant shutting off your engine, either, [/rant]

I always said "convenience " will mans biggest " enemy .
