For all practical purposes, it can be said that the views held in mind have been fairly presented, to the ability of each presenter. In that same view, it can also be said that all that can be presented has surely, mostly been.

In that the OP did not participate, the thread had been resting, and voice has been raised for locking it, I have, after reviewing the entire thread, decided in favor of locking it. The views on the subject, and information about the matter is still here for those who wish to study this matter, or learn about it.
