i loved the jesus pv actually... i was thinking about it a lot, and after i got a lil bit of understanding into it, i said to my best friend, i think i am finally starting to understand jesus... she looked at me in horror and asked if i was going religious on her... i think it was such a relief to her that she started listening to Gacchan... but i didnt like Jesus as much as a lot of the other stuff, although it is fun to sing along to and i love yelling just do it, and i even used it for the christian club christmas playlist... our english assistant principal knows japanese very well though, so he stood there for a moment, listened to the song, said, i liked Vanilla better, and left laughing... i was like
... what??? but jesus was too...knock off of fall out boy for me. i loved diabolos.
the whole philosophical thing was just f*cking amazing, although i found that i think more like a vampire. i value my ability to die someday, the fact that i wont be stuck here forever... dont get me wrong girls, i love life and all that but i want to die someday, to sleep, to sleep, perchance to dream... i want to know what else is there, in that inevitable path that all mortals must walk... Diabolos gave me that tiny peek into this immortality, and the struggles... i am not sure that i have the words for how much Diabolos meant to me...
by the way, Yoshiki is 44 and he's still going strong... although poor dear his health is deteriorating.
although there may be hope in the future for SKIN yet. Miyavi mentioned recently on his blog that SKIN was rehearsing, and Yoshiki was also recently rehearsing despite X once more burning down around their ears... they have no chemistry with each other though... anyway i hope to see them someday....
that yellow guitar in the pic is awesome!
