lol, my mom's the same way! She hasn't seen Vanilla live, of course...^_^.
But she loves his music. She plays Last Song on the piano all the time XD.
 
even my brother likes gackt and he usually only listens to hiphop...

when i showed him the live performance of gackts ghost (music station) earlier today he was like wooaaaaaaaaah that's perfect, i love how they move, the song is awesome and i know gackt, he's really famous... and i was just like... "erm...okay"
 
You'd think that everyone would like his music. But I had one friend (and she even likes JRock) who listened to Vanilla and said 'Thats...interesting...'.

lol listening to him got her to open up to japanese music and shows for me so we can enjoy a lot more together (she is a huuuuuge Hana Kimi and Death Note fan) but like in the car and crap shes always bugging me to put on his cd..shes so not the type to be into his kinda thing I even showed her the boyxboy type clips of him like the vanilla live that was mentioned or him in short-shorts back in his mizer days..I think it made it worse lmao and shes hella anti-boyxboy she wont even watch gravitation or junjou =(
 
I think that's normal with older people... my father is even worse, when he sees a boy on tv with make up, even if its only to cover pimples or anything he always thinks theyre gay and immediately switches the programm >.<

My mom doesn't even know that I like boyxboy. She would evict me from the JRock world. It would seriously be a bad thing ^^. She doesn't know that Mana-sama is a cross dresser (she doesn't know anything about Malice Mizer, for that matter). Everything is very hushhush in my house o(<V>)o.
 
It used to be like that in my family but I think they as well as my friends have just finally accepted I am a shounen-ai/yaoi fan girl from hell..I am 22 and get all squeely like the girls on Ouran High School still lmao

Gah! That cm with the dvds was so funny! I'd never seen it before. XD And I love all the Fuji Film ones. They were the first Gackt commercials I saw. ^^

It really creeps me out in commercials when there is more than one Gackt. Like in this one: I don't know why, it just terrifies me. You think I should be happy with the idea of there being two copies of him.

I am the aggressive but doesn't know what they want uke like Shinobu on the Junjou Romantica Terrorist episodes..tries to be tough but is fragile and has no clue what he's doing? I have a lot of Shindo like qualities though and am pretty hyper most of the time..I can so see Gackt being Yuki lol
