Final tsu (っ)

I've learned that the character tsu (っ) means double consonant ( ss,tt,pp) but might it be also at the end of a word?
 
In colloquial expressions, yes. It has a function like the exclamation mark.
 
I believe that at the end of a word it just represents a clipped (really short or cut off) sound.

EDIT: Or that... haha
 
Yeah, it's also used when stopping pronouncing in the middle of a word, e.g., でもそんなこと言っ…:)
 
can you give me one example or two of a colloquial expression with the tsu at the end,please?
