Favorite Classic Game Show?

I really love the old game shows. A lot of them are way funnier and more entertaining than anything that's around today. Especially Family Feud and Match Game. I voted for Match Game, because there hasn't been a time yet that I haven't laughed while watching it.

Newlywed Game is in there!! No way I'd forget it. And I was gonna put Pyramid, but I never really watched it, and couldn't remember how much money was in the name. XD

Well, I'm old enough to remember "Concentration" which I watched when I was just a sapling!

And couldn't The Price is Right be considered classic?! After all, it's the longest running game show ever, with 32 seasons under its belt. I mean, I have Price is Right memories as far back as I can remember, when Bob Barker had black hair.

I love the old Family Feuds too, with Richard Dawson, who kissed all the women on the lips. I also liked Love Connection. I wish they would make a new version of that.

I was going to put The Price Is Right, kirei, but I wanted to try to keep it within shows that are no longer running. I debated whether to put Family Feud in or not, but the Richard Dawson era could easily be considered seperate from todays, so it fit.

But how could I forget Card Sharks!? Never heard of Concentration, though...

I wish there was a way to edit polls.

I would vote for "Press Your Luck" if it were in there. It's otherwise known as the "whammy game" ("big bucks, big bucks, no whammy, and... stop!"). I used to love the animations that they would have when people would land on the whammies.

Ha, I remember seeing an episode of that with my dad a few years ago and commenting on that. I said that I was amazed that it was condoned, and that the women even seemed to feel comfortable doing it. He said something about that guy being lucky he never had a sexual harassment suit filed against him, and I thought the same thing. Seeing that was just freaky.
