Faceless Trauma- are these guys japanese??

Here is a link to a music youtube channel I found called "Faceless Trauma". I've heard that these guys are Japanese. Can anyone confirm? This is such a mystery.

I see absolutely nothing in their videos to suggest they are Japanese or in Japan. Looks totally European all the way. Can't say their music is that great either.
