Examples for different meanings of yoroshiku

If this has been done before I apologize, I checked the search tab and didn't find what I was looking for.

Anyway, I am curious over the meanings of yoroshiku (よろしく). One definition from Jisho is listed as:

best regards; please remember me; please treat me favorably (favourably); please take care of

What would be examples where it would used when you want to say "best regards" and what would be an example when you want to say "please take care of" Are there common situations where yoroshiku would be used for each situation?

What would be examples where it would used when you want to say "best regards"

At the end of a letter or email. よろしく alone is casual. Frequently in a business setting it might be something more like, 以上、よろしくお願い致します。

what would be an example when you want to say "please take care of"

Pretty much anytime you ask somebody to do something. Like,
A> Please take this and give it Mr. Keio when you see him.
B> Sure, no problem.
A> よろしく

Please take care of my son. (From parent to their son's teacher/doctor, for instance)

ご家族によろしく（お伝えください）
Please remember me to all your family.

よろしく is the adverbial form of an adjective よろしい, meaning good, appropriate, suitable or like that. The words following よろしく is omitted, as in the examples above.
