Envy and Black Metal

I have two things I want to address but I don't feel like creating two threads so I'll just go ahead.
First I was surprised not to find anything about the band Envy on the forum. they are the only ones from Japan I really listen to and I also think they are among the best in that style of music (emocore or whatever you want to call it) anyway I wanted to find other people who like this band and who may know some other similar ones... I have yet to check all these groups which are mentionned everywhere on the forum... So give me a sign


Then I noticed quite a few black metal fans, which is not surprising since there are quite a few scandinavians among us. So too those who like true norwegian black metal, or swedish melodic death, from Mayhem to In flames, Dimmu Borgir and arch enemy... I have one question, is there one group in Japan that could be compared to what I mentionned above? Maybe you know no more than me but I know that these bands are popular in Japan.
By the way does anyone know the english group called Sikth, there only international tour so far was in Japan so I'm interested.

I think there is one band that can be compared to really hard death metal but I dont remember their name...and as far as I know, there is nothing out there that can even touch authentic black.

What about Pia? they might not be Japanese; I can't remember too well. But I watch the International channel very often, and I saw them there. I saw and was impressed with the song called Pia - gloomy Sunday or something like that, yea. Hope I helped
