She seems like a well informed individual, from what I can tell. (although I don't like how narrow she is in her readings of Foreign relations is... but thats my professional opinion) If she is your dream girl, then she is your dream girl. thats up for you to decide.
I think she seems pretty interesting, I think I've always found intelligent women very attractive and wouldn't mind getting in a conversation with her about International relations (because it is my job). But I can't tell much from a website either.
