I lived in Japan from 1984 to 1993. While there my daughter was born. In Tokyu Hands in Machida, I bought these bottles of a substance that looks like glue and comes in various colors. You would draw on a flat surface with the black and make an outline of something and then use the other various colors to fill it in. You baked it in the oven for a short time and then peeled it off. You could then stick your creation on a refrigerator or tile wall in a bathroom. I made a lot of cartoon sea creatures for my daughter to look at in the bathtub. The finished product had a rubbery feel. I cannot find anything like this in the US. I would like to know what this is called and if it's still available in Japan. If so is there a link what I can buy it online?

Thank you (domoarigato)

This looks like what you’re talking about although I can’t tell if you need to bake it or not.
