Hi can any one help me translate this image?

I have seen the first character in multiple manga but don't really get what character it is.

so some character with dakuten [゛].

second character i guess is either "ソ" [so] or "ン" [n]

If you can post the entire panel we could be sure but I think it's a ヴ which is used for the V sound.

The second one must be ン since ヴソ doesn't make sense. In other word, it can be ソ in a different situation. The context is the key, as always.
