Question Do YOU enable dubbing (吹替版) towards foreign (non-Japanese) movies?

On the disc, both the original audio and Japanese dub are available, however on Prime Video it's indicated with 吹替版 meaning it's dubbed in Japanese while 字幕版 just means the original dub is there instead having Japanese subtitles. Recently, I've watched Arrival (メッセージ) starring Jeremy Renner & Amy Adams enabling JP audio despite it NOT being a Japanese movie and gotta say it's garbage, so I just reverted it back to the original dub enabling 日本語字幕 as hearing nihongo from a non-Japanese character (like those of Western settings) is just bizarre, the thing is why does fukikae-han exist? (I get it for kids movies, but for normal flicks it's kind of lame).
