Not really. I don't see the point. Forums are "chatboxes" so to speak, since "chat" is "talk" and that's what your supposed to do.

Plus, there's no way in hell people can have conversations without going off-topic. It's the way conversations "flow"...

Gah! So much goes on when I don't pay attention for a few days! I can see why people tell me it's important to stay on top of things ... ^^;; Anyways... I really do love Diru, but it's hard for me to decide if they're my favorite band... Some of their songs aren't my favorite, but I usually find a part in the song that I like ^^;;; Maybe that's just me being weird; Super Strange Faith Logic ^^;;; Meh, either way... Withering To Death is special for me because it's the first album to be released that I know about and am waiting for. I was a fan before the Vulgar release, but never knew it came out until a few months after. I've just now started keeping up on them.

Hmm...I still have this feeling its going to be really special.....I knew about Vulgar before its release, I knew about Macabare before its release....This album will be wonderful I know it...It might have something to do with all thats been happening lately...

Lucky. For the longest time I'd just download random songs, having no idea what album they were from. Just starting a couple years ago, I was finally allowed to buy stuff online, namely japanese stuff. That's when I really got into the j-music scene.

Yeh, I did that too, but I have the tendancy to research a band after I really get into them so I can tell you almost anything about them now. I have been a fan for almost 5 years now. XDDD If I see something I like, I want to know more about it.

See, you've been a fan for about as long as I've had the internet, lol. I was pretty much oblivious that there was anything cool coming from Japan besides games and anime until I was 15. And I still didn't really get into it until I was 16. Then of course there was Otakon, at which point I went "Holy crap...this is my life."

haha Yes yes! Our lives it is! I was really getting intrested around the age of umm...(due to her lack of time conciousness) around late 4th to early 5th grade. I must have been what? 10? 11? I dunno...My best friend is half japanese and her mother speaks fluent Japanese...she really introduced me to the culture and that was like 3rd-4th grade when I met her so...its all been uphill from there...

the reason dir en grey is such a great band is because they have so much variety.
they have some songs that are almost j-pop sounding yet with other songs that are more graphic then a cannibal corpse song. ^^()
i adore dir en grey and always have.
and if they disband, i'm afraid i'd have to spend all my money on a trip to japan for their last live.
