i wish i coud go to a diru show but since im working i could only go if it was in france....in paris even >.<
anyway do any of you guys know where to find translations for TMOAB?i know it was mainly wirtten in english, but i'd lije a translation for the japanese songs....

I've probably said it before, but that man is a lyrical GOD!!! He just seems so tortured. In a way it makes me feel better that I'm not the only one with demons, but in another.... I wouldn't wish my outlook on anyone. Sad but true.

i know what you mean i hope to meet dir en grey one day but im scared about how i would act when i ever do lol i need to learn to control myself
 
hmm... Dir en grey... especially kyo... are my ultimate idols. i'm not sure if i want to meet them. i am fulling confident that they would live up to my super high expectations and MORE, but... i don't know.

me too if i get to meet them and have chance to talk to them i might do something stupid or look stupid
 
Well, writing a letter and meeting them differs, thanks, Amita, for adress, though I'm not sure if I have guts to write a letter either..
I would like to write more than "omg, I love you, you're my idol and you've changed my life!!", but then I don't even know what to write, as everything looks silly... I guess something similar would be meeting them in real, I would become so excited that either I couldn't say a word or say some nonsence that later I would be ashamed of.
P.S. that's probably the first time then I want to write fanmail, it surprises me that there have never been a band that I would have liked as much as I like Dir en grey.
 
I could meet them. I'm entirely too cool to lose it ... plus it takes a lot to embarrass me. I'd make a fool of myself and move on with my life. Not much different from every other day. I'd squeal on the inside, though.

I've not seen it, but I'm trying to buy it. Do you know how hard it is to find it in Canada!? I think I'm in the home stretch, though.

I found the marrow of a bone in a cd-store this weekend... I WAS SO EXCITED ^__^ I just had to buy it, they had vulgar too, I think I'll buy that another day.... ^-^

But I also want to add a small gift.....BUT I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING HERE THAT WOULD SUIT HIM (I might make 'him' to 'them'.....but I'm not sure yet!)!!!!!!!!!
 
yeah i always want to send them fan mail and stuff that that might like but i have no clue what to send them. It's hard to decide what to send to your Gods ya know?
 
lol ya it is very hard! I have so much to say to them, but when I get the chance (example, to send a letter), my mind goes blank!

I think it's would probably be best to talk about thier music though. Like your opinions on it and so on. That's what they do for a living, so I guess they'd probably like it if someone gave thier opinion about it.

I went and asked at my local Blockbuster! The first time I went, the guy said he couldn't find it, then I went back one day and saw that they actually had it on the shelf! I went back to the counter and the new guy couldn't figure out why the other guy couldn't find it. It's not in my hands yet, but it's a start. CD Japan sells it, but I don't think it has subtitles and it's a zone 2. I couldn't find it at Amazon last time I was there. It's a hard one to get ahold of for some reason.

On the subject of gifts: If Shinya's dog is still alive (I'd make sure before I sent anything - might break his heart) you could get him something for him (her?). There are some adorable websites out there. Yes I dress up my dogs... stop laughing. My Pit Bull is gonna be a pink bunny this Halloween! Does that make me more scary? PM me and I'll put together some links if you're interested. Other than that, not a clue.

I would also love to send them a fanletter, but I don't think I could find what to say, I have a hard time describing just why I love their music so much. It not that I dont know why it's just I can't describe it

writing a fan-letter to your stars is really hard. Cause you have such strong feelings for them, which you can't really express without sounding like a fool and I feel some kind of strange telling people that they mean so much to me, although they don't know me. In my fanletter to Aoi I wrote how much Gazette's music mean to me, in which way it changed my life and so on. I think the best thing is to try to describe your feelings and what their music means to you.
I would really like to spend a day with Diru, especially with Kyo. Although I adore Toto and Die, I think I could get along with Kyo the best. I have the feeling that our personalities (as far as I know his through songtexts and interviews) are very similar. But in fact I would just stand in front of them, not able to talk anymore

I met Die and Kaoru at the Family Values Tour last year and it really wasn't all that nerve-racking as I would have expected. Of course, there was only time for a quick handshake, but it was still weird to be face-to-face with people you've only seen on video.
