I have run into a site stating that the character 'me' has a dakuten form. Is it true? And if so, what is it?

It was actually a manga with text written in Japanese Braille

Then why did you say you did?

Do you at least have access to it so you can share a photo of what you're talking about? It is hard to discuss it when you're the only one who has seen what you're talking about.

I suspect word play, based on 目 and 点(字)
