Have you ever noticed that people often misinterpret humor on forums? Recently people misunderstood my :eek2: expressions. They were meant to be humorous, but they thought I was upset, I think. *Sigh* Oh well!! I think :eek2: is hilarious!

Yes, I use :eek2: sometimes for emphasis ... but in a funny way. Unfortunately, people think I am being dramatic or upset instead. I just think they add levity to serious matters, that's all.

I'm not dramatic or upset. That's the whole point. But when I use :eek2:, people misunderstand and think I am, that's all. No big deal ...

Well, you told me I needed a stress pill and another person told me I shouldn't get worked up, when the entire time I was just playing. What I said was serious and truthful, but I was just trying to lighten things up in the way it was presented, that's all. Unfortunately, things don't always translate in writing. In real life, I have a very dry wit that most people don't realize if they have never met me in person. That's why I guess I need to add more of these:
