I have 3 questions for this episode. Could you help me out please?

1) First, what does the cat say at 1:26. I really can't understand her at all.
2) At 1:33, the father says 調子抜けるな. Is the plain form used to describe the resulting state of an action? In other words, is it equivalent to 調子抜けているな?
3) At 0:51, the mother says ちょっと力抜けちゃうね. Same question as 2). Is this equivalent to ちょっと力抜けちゃっているね?

「グワッ」ってちたい（＝したい）？「タララ」ってちたい？

Both are onomatopoeia for the cat's action.

2) 3)
調子抜けた just expresses his present or past feelings, whereas those present forms are considered conditional;（こんなことされると）ちょっと力抜けちゃうね / 調子抜けるなぁ.
抜けている/抜けちゃっている can't be used here.

They live in a place where animals are not allowed, and they almost got caught. So now, they don't let the cat go outside anymore.
At 0:53. She says 黒いのと遊ぶんだ. Is seems to be equivalent to 黒いのと遊びたいんだ, but why is that?
And, would it still have the meaning "I want to play with the black cat" if the sentence was 黒いのと遊ぶ?

黒いのと遊ぶんら（＝だ） expresses the speaker's will. 遊びたいんだ is said to the listeners as an explanation, whereas 遊ぶんだ is a statement of their will in a monologue.

Oh, I see. And I assume んだ is necessary for it to have this meaning, right? I mean, she can't say 黒いのと遊ぶ because it would mean "I will play with the black cat".

The present form can be a strong statement, mostly to the listeners but also to the speaker themselves in monologue.
e.g.
「外に出ちゃだめよ。雨降ってるでしょ」
「ヤダ！外で遊ぶ！」

「よし！この宿題やったら遊ぶ！」

Thank you! I think I understand now. So it would just be unfitting for her to say 黒いのと遊ぶ in the same way she does in the video. (with a sad tone and all that)

Yeah, that's right. When a baby/child throwing a tantrum (almost crying), 黒いのと遊ぶ～(the last vowel is often lengthened) can be used in a sad tone, though.
