If your wondering about the relationships, a sentence would be the structured the same no matter who the subject. Whether it is of someone in your family, significant other, friend, teacher or whomever.

Your translation is all correct, just "what" before desu is pronounced "nan" instead of nani.
i.e.
Kare/kanojo no namae wa nan desu ka.

As Elizabeth said, there's no difference in sentence structure depending on the relationship. But now I think I understood part of your question!
Maybe you're thinking about the word "kare" and "kanojo", right?
It could be just a pronoun to refer to male/female as well as boyfriend/girlfriend.
If you want to make clear difference, put possesive in front of the word.

e.g.
kanojo no namae wa Tomoko desu.
(Her name is Tomoko)
Ken no kanojo no namae wa Tomoko desu.
(Ken's girlfriend's name is Tomoko.)

kare no namae wa Ken desu.
(His name is Ken)
watashi no kare no namae wa Ken desu.
(My boyfriend's name is Ken.)

FYI, kareshi often connotes "someone's boyfriend."

Two things:

1) Romaji. Not "Romanji."

2) We *all* have romaji keyboards. It's not the keyboard, it's the software. If you have a PC, you have an IME input that converts your romaji input to kana and kanji, and if you have a Mac, it does that natively. All you have to do is enable foreign languages.
