Can する nouns be linked via と?

This is probably a silly question, but I was wondering if する nouns can be linked via と? So could you go せんたくとそうじをしました。- 洗濯と掃除をしました。- Did the washing and the laundry.

Yes, not just the stem of -suru verbs but all nouns can. Both 洗濯 and 掃除 act just as a noun in that sentence. In other words, 洗濯と掃除しました is ungrammatical (or i interpreted as the omission of を).
