hello every body. I am a chinese boy who studing in finland now. Since these years china and japan are very "hot and busy". my god~ I find it actually make me very interesting to japan. what kind of country it is? japanese may be not so terrible as it in textbook? they discriminate the other asian people??
I really want get some japanese friends. know and learn japanese people by myself. if you also have interesting with china, we can be very good friends

I doubt you will get a Japanese penpal on this forum the only Japanese member I see posting with anything like regularity is hiroyuki and he is into his own stuff... but please post and let us know what interests you... you might be surprised and find a friend where you weren't expecting it...

There are a number of Japanese regulars here and Japanese-speaking Westerners you can find chiefly in the Japan and Nihongo Forum.

I don't know whether they want penpals, but you can PM them and find out!

(I'm Japanese but don't have time for penpals--sorry!! Maybe I can see you in chat!! )

Gomen, Epigene!

I did not mean to infer that you or the other Japanese Jref forum members were not regular posters. My intent was to discourage people who sign-up and hope for penpals. Please accept my utmost apologies if my thoughtlessness in anyway disturbed you.

I have to admit, I don't normally imbibe and a friend of mine talked me into having 2 shots of tequila in additon to 2 white russians... I am surprised I even had the wherewithall to make a post period... let alone having offended some of the nicest members of Jref... As I don't drink often and even less that quantity, I doubt such thoughtlessness will occur again. Please accept my apology! sumimasen!

It's OK, anjusan!

I just didn't wanted to give an impression that there are no Japanese. Most are lurkers, except for Mr. Nagashima, so they don't show up so often.

I'm glad that undrentide-san and other Japanese have started to show up recently!
