Hajimemashite~. I came to Japan from abroad a while ago, and am back living with my husband in Tokyo now. I get a lot of feelings of being a 'foreigner' here on a regular basis, and I think I notice that more now that I'm back after being in my home country for a while.

I'm really interested in learning more about Japanese laws, immigration, and discrimination against foreigners, because I love Japan, but want to know not only what my rights are, but what they 'aren't', if you know what I mean?

The night is well along, and the darkness is almost overwhelming, but we are all together, and as one will stand together !! Do not feel out of place because we are still on the same planet !! We are, where ever we are, and that is the place where we are...that's that. (even if some don't like it)

Welcome to the forum pihahime san !! If you were to look around a little, you'll find some threads dealing with some things that you may want to know about. It may take some work on your behalf, but it'll be good !!

I hope you hang around and join in with us as you learn and share with all of us here !! See you 'round !! MM
