Authentic Japanese Comb?

That really depends on what one will insist for the meaning of 'authentic.' But, if you mean the design, and wooden, I'd take a post shot and say anywhere from $18 to $38. If you mean some other natural material, and a artist's name on it, maybe $50 to $70?
Now please keep in mind, I'm guessing, and I am giving consideration for the location too...which could be off as well.

Authentic comb (not the ornament but the one to be used to comb your hair) is usually made of tsuge (boxwood).
This is a webpage of a shop in Kyoto who's been manufacturing combs for more than 100 years.
京 つげ櫛 十三や
Somthing as simple as this one is JPY4,500.
つげ５．５寸とき櫛 中荒歯
With a little decorative curving, it's JPY13,650.
本つげ手彫り(桜)花ぐし(荒歯)

These are rather expensive because they are authentic - real things, hand-made and by a famous shop.
