Are names of the person important when learning Japanese? Also if I use other's people identity or name when taking JLPT, would that be consider valid?

Do you mean for passing a test or for being able to live/work?

What are you talking about? Names of what person? "Important" in what way?

Of course not. Why would you even think of using another person's identity?
What would be the point of getting certification under another person's name?
Is there a reason you can't just take the test as yourself?

Probably cannot speak Japanese. Remind me of interviews I did with people from Central America. Some had supposedly passed an English test in business level English. Interview was hilarious as they could not answer even the most basic question and just said yes. Others who actually could speak English did great but those fakers did give me amusement for a while.
