This site is of no use for me if there are no long vowels. If it's not obligatory, why Japanese use it? Stupid thing, otherwise this site would be nice.

Unfortunately it doesn't have a contact address which is a pity because it would be quite easy to improve (just add long vowels and かな/漢字 version).
