Another WWII Surrender leaflet for Japanese civilians

This one conveys the same idea as last I just posted, showing the inexorable progress of Allied armies toward Japan.

I see the header is a question.
Down the right side what I assume is a list of Pacific Islands taken by the allies.

The reverse, with black B-29 bombers, is a lot of text, and I'd be happy with a translation of the right column text.

The right side looks like names of Philippine engagements and the dates. The text is a bit illegible due to the low resolution.

The heading for the next page is, "One onslaught after another" and, as you can imagine, is trying to impress the reader with the progress of the US forces.
