If I were writing it I would say 明日に、not 明日を。I am not sure if 'ashita o' is INcorrect, though.

Usually the 'her' is implied based on if the subject is known. 'her' is 彼女. Carla wants to sell her car. Let's assume we're already talking about Carla and the subject is known. Your sentences:
彼女の車を売りたいです。
彼女の車を売ります。

I thought I should put を for kuruma(車) but now I'm confused.
I didn't put it for 明日 only for kuruma, as I said. Isn't kuruma the direct object of the sentence?

This is correct.
The only error is 明日 - it means "tomorrow", not the day after.
(The day after tomorrow is 明後日／あさって)
