the song you linked me to, is cool. i actually remember Blankey Jet City. but, the group i'm thinking of was a bit more mellow, and it was a slow song like a ballad. and name Romeo is in the lyrics. around the same time as Rebecca, Princess Princess and Kome Kome Club. probably around 1989-1990.
