Very interesting, thank you. I never learned those three. So if I'm sitting in a park and somebody asks me what I'm doing watching their children I can say 無事になるように目配り、気配りてします? Or will they still call the police on me?

No. I did take video of kids playing in a local elementary school playground about 25 years ago and nobody paid me any attention. I imagine things might be different today.
