20,000 McDonald's Big Macs eaten by one person!

I pity this fool. His arteries must be clogged with cholesterol. Why do the words "heart attack" come to mind when i think of this guy?

A physically active person eating one Big Mac a day is no worse than a cop eating 3 donuts a day.

Pro boxer Mark Breland used to start his day with four (4) McDonald's Quarter-Pounders a day.

I eat fast food atleast 2-3 times 6-7 days a week. And I am by far not fat.. I am 5'11 135lbs.

EDIT: Also I worked at Dairy Queen, and Wendy's and ate their food two times a day every time I worked. 😌

Sugared donut
121 calories
Total Fat 6.5g 10%
Saturated Fat 1.7g 8%
Polyunsaturated Fat 0.8g
Monounsaturated Fat 3.6g
Cholesterol 9mg

Big Mac
Calories 704
Total Fat 43.7g 67%
Saturated Fat 17.7g 88%
Polyunsaturated Fat 4.7g
Monounsaturated Fat 17.3g
Cholesterol 142mg

Three donuts a day would equal 363 calories and 27 mg of cholesterol, while one big mac a day would equal 704 calories and 142 mg of cholesterol.

3 donuts = kinda junk food
1 Big mac = extreme junk food
There is quite a difference here.

I mean come on! The guy is a gaurd at a prison! Its not like he runs around chasing escapees. He just sits there on his *** all day! In one meal, he's already eaten the recommended amount of cholesterol that should be consumed in one day by active people.

This is just unhealthy and plain stupid.

3 donuts has more carbs and sugar.

The guy is 6' and 170. You don't know what his workout habits are. It's none of anyone's damn business what he eats. He's probably in better shape than you.

Go tell Mark Breland he shouldn't ahve eaten 4 Quarter Pounders if he wanted to box professionally.

Doesnt matter, that much fast food is for sure not good for anyone.

Oh, please! That's a load of crap! I'd sooner believe Wilt Chamberlain's fanciful claim that he had sex with 20,000 women!
:D

Anyone seen SUPER SIZE ME! ? It's kinda like a movie documentary about a guy who eats NOTHING BUT Mcdonalds for a month, and if they ask him if he wants to super size it he has to eat it super sized. :D
After 5 days he gained like 10% body weight :S
(Didnt get to watch the movie to the end to see how heavy he got, was at my friends house and had to run to get the last train)

The guy, who the article in the first post is about, is in it! Looks like a perfectly normal guy.

yes i have... it sort a put me off macydees for a month, but then the temptation grew unbarable. Its like a rubber band: the further you get, the more you want it (i just hope i can make it snap). :D

hmm, big mac. hey, im proud that i eat lots of big macs. :D, i once bet a guy that i could eat 4 in a row and did (aged 11). people in the place were SCARED, there was quite an obese bouple sitting next to us, i think they felt inslulted.

(did you know that a double whopper with chese is 1070 calories? now that is one large-*** burger :D and infact most of burger kings menu is much more calory filled than macydee's: 7 burgers top the big mac there.)

hmm. dohnuts are good too, but if you go for krispy creme, calory range from 200-400, and those things are small relative to a BIG mac, and cost ratio is like 3 to 1 so the difference is relatively small.

but then again, whats the point of talking about calories... just realise, that any food that comes out of america is likely to be rigged with a relatively quick release, self-sustaining, addictive, fatness device... and only people above 6 foot 4 are immune. Moahahahahaha.

They have Krispy Kreme in Russia?

Holy cow.

Ant

no, my supplier is Harrods, which, I think, is the only place they are available here in London (hehe).

*loves Krispy Kreme and ain't gonna deny it*

I come from NC, Krispy Kreme's home. That was a weekend routine. Go to Krispy Kreme and get those fresh, hot donuts! :p

I avoid Maccy D's at all costs. Im a fan of real burgers though.

And what is Krispy Kreme?

THE BEST doughnuts in the world. thoroughly addictive and at a quid a pop from London's only supplier, Harrods, you'll be bankrupt by tommorow, but hey, at least today would have been a hell of a day. :D

If I'm in London I'll be sure to pick some up! :D I've not seen them anywhere by where I live. I have heard of Krispy Kreme, but only in Beastie Boys' lyrics. :p
