1. まず、小麦粉にだしを入れて水で溶きます。鉄板を熱し て、油を引いて、その上にお玉で薄く広げます。ポツポ ツと穴が開いて来たら、その上にキャベツともやしと天 かすをのせます。
Does ポツポツと穴が開いて来たら mean "Bit by bit, as a hole starts to open,..."? I cannot really visualise what it is describing...
2. 机を動かそうとしたら、足が床に引っ掛かっていたらし くガーッという音がした。
Translation given: "When I tried to move the desk one of its legs made a jarring sound as it scraped across the floor."
Is 引っ掛かっていたらしく = 引っ掛かっていた + らしく from らしい?
3. この上にまたさっき小麦粉をだしで溶いたものをかけた ら、裏返します。ここで押え付けてはいけません！
My translation: "Cover this with the flour-dashi mixture that you prepared earlier, then turn upside-down. Do not press on the mixture!"
Does ここ refer to a point in time or to the stuff in the cooking pan?

Ａ： 関西と広島のお好み焼きはどう違いますか？
Ｂ： ちょっと待って。関西風のお好み焼きの作り方が あります。
To me this looks like:
A: How do Kansai お好み焼き and Hiroshima お好み焼き differ?
B: Let me think... There is a Kansai style of making お好み焼き.
I feel I am missing the whole point of this exchange since B's reply does not seem a worthwhile response to A's question (and there is no elaboration following – that's it).
