I would go with the third because from the context is obvious the subject is going to walk, but the second one sounds good as well. Nevertheless, is the translation accurate?.

I think the から is essentially explaining the reason for leaving now (early) - and that is because I will walk leisurely.

To combine these into one sentence you could say "....deru riyuu/no ha (reason that I will...) arukimasukara(desu)....(is because/in order to...).

This is a case where the reason for the から bit is unstated and must be inferred. It can only be understood in the context of how it affects the person it is being spoken to.

For example: the two have an arrangement to meet somewhere at a certain time and the speaker is leaving so early that the listener will feel he will arrive early, so the listener will feel pressured to hurry up and leave early also. The speaker is telling the listener there is no need to hurry as he will be walking slowly and will arrive at the appointed place at the appointed time. The last sentence is incomplete because the part after から is understood. It is a mistake to assume the last sentence is explanatory of what comes before or should be translated in with it. If anything, there is actually not sufficient context to accurately translate it at all. A better understanding of the context in which it is used is necessary.

Where did you find that sentence? As Mike-san pointed out, it seems an incomplete sentence to me too, since ゆっくり歩きますから is a bit unclear for the reason of これから、家を出ます. I would say 僕は早めに家を出ます。ゆっくり歩くので時間がかかり ますから or like that for the case. My first guess is 僕はこれから家を出ます。ゆっくり歩きますから、遅くなるかもしれません.

Here is a bit more:

十二月三十一日の夜です。うしが、言いました。「僕は、これから、家を出ます。ゆっくり歩きますから」ネズミは、屋根の上で、うしの言葉を聞きました。そして、うしに乗りました。

The subject is the ox leaving in the early morning (still dark) to visit 神様の家. I guess the ox can't move so fast.

I see. Then, ゆっくり歩きますから expresses a general characteristic of oxen. It might be more close to ゆっくりとしか歩けませんから "because we(= oxen) can only walk slowly". If he was speaking about this trip, ゆっくり歩いていきますから would be used.

FYI, the ox left home not in the early morning still dark but in the night.
