I wrote my first real 日記 today~ (like where I tried using slightly "complex" sentences) I wonder if anyone could help see if I made any mistakes? I'm really bad at particles, especially, I know. I've been studying seriously for ~2 years now, so it's bad I'm still not good.

I also have a few questions:
1. how would you say like "trash tv"? I said "ばかなテレビショー", but I wonder if there's a better term for it.
2. How would you say, "some guy"? I say "この男", but that's for a specific person, isn't it?
3. How do you say "match", as in "I need a new pair of shoes to match my new dress." or "your clothes don't match."

昨日はスザーンちゃんとモールに行った。四つのワンピースやブレスレット(で
も、ブレスレットがくだけった!)やかわいいな黒カチューシャを買った。白い
なカーディガンが買いね、でも、見出すなかった、ならでは35ドルのカーディガ
ン。ちょっと高いね!! 白いなくつ買いたいもけど今お金がない。(￣□￣*)!

スザーンちゃんの車にJohnny Cashを聞いた、いいんだ。

家にばかなテレビショーを見ったとポップコーンを食った。一ばんのショーは
いやなインテリアデザイナーについて。この男は女の子のへやがデザインした、
おわるに病院にる! べつの男は「It looks like someone died in here.」と言っ
た! べつのデザインこの女は「If I had to live here I'd shoot myself!」と
言った! (≧◇≦)

つぎのショーはお金もちとばかなしゅふについて。この女はとってもラッキー
ね! お金もちとな人けこんしたいね~!! (≧◇≦) ははは~

スザーンさんは11で帰った。

それから日本語がべんきょうしたやてがみが書いたや本が読んだ。私はちょっ
とつまらない、しようがないね。(￣д￣)

Well you know a hundrer times more japanese than I know, but I think I'll try guessing one just to be corrected.

Some guy: I think it depenes in the context but it might be said "otokokadonojinbutsu", and if you want to say somebody it would be "hitokadonojinbutsu".

About your version of some guy, I don't know what the las character means, but the two preceding that one are "kono" so that means "this", so I guess you are deffinitely talking about a specific person.

And another guess. Trash TV, wouldn't it be "torasshu na terebi" ? Don't know if that makes sense, but anyway, I'd love to be corrected, that's what I'm here for.

That's what I'd say. Or バカな番組（ばんぐみ）

You'd say ある男 (あるおとこ）. ある means "a particular", or "a certain".

3. How do you say "match", as in "I need a new pair of shoes to match my new dress." or "your clothes don't match."

合う（あう） means match, or fit, or suit.

そのネクタイはそのスーツに合わない。 = that tie doesn't match that suit.

昨日はスザーンちゃんとモールに行った。

I'd say すざーんちゃんと一緒に（といっしょに - meaning "together with）・・・

With adjectives that end in 'i' you don't use な. So not かわいいなカチューシャ, just かわいいカチューシャ

Same here with shiroi - no 'na'

For 買いね did you mean "wanted to buy"? That would be 買いたかった (wanted to buy) and 買いたい for present tense "want to buy".

でも、

For 'but' when you join two sentences, you should use が or けれど. でも is used when starting sentences.

So..."I wanted to buy a white cardigan but I couldn't find one" would be:

白いカーディガンが買いたかったが、見つかりませんでした
Or
白いカーディガンが買いたかったけれど、見つかれませんでした

1. I would say くだらないテレビ番組。
くだらない means something trashy, stupid, not really worthwhile, etc.
You can also say ばかばかしい which has similar meaning.
2. It really depends on the context. What does your "some guy" mean exactly?
A person who did something great (so he is not "nothing".)
Or a certain persons? (But then it should be some guys... so I must be missing something.)
Yes, この男 means "this guy". It refers to a specific person you are talking about.
3. Match is 合う. Sometimes we do use a loan word (from English) マッチする.
If you are talking about outfit and the person who wears it, then it is 似合う. (Means "becoming".)
"I need a new pair of shoes to match my new dress."
新しい服に合う靴が必要です。新しいドレスに合う靴が要る。
"your clothes don't match."
あなたの洋服はマッチしてない。

Here are some small corrections.
昨日はスザーンちゃんとモールに行った。
四つのワンピースやブレスレット
When counting clothes, you should counter 枚（まい）.
４枚のワンピースやブレスレット
ワンピース４枚やブレスレット
(でも、ブレスレットがくだけった!)や
Do you mean the bracelet got broken? Broken is 壊れた（こわれた）.
砕ける（くだける） is also broken, but gone into pieces at the same time.
Like smashed.
かわいいな黒カチューシャを買った。
かわいい is i-adjective, no な should be added.
If you want to put two adjective in one sentence, you can use te-form.
かわいいカチューシャ＋黒いカチューシャ＝かわいくて黒いカチューシャ
But it is also possible to say かわいい黒いカチューシャ.
In this case, かわいい modifies 「黒いカチューシャ」
白いなカーディガンが買いね、でも、見出すなかった、
This is the same as 黒い.

What do you mean 買いね? 買い is a colloquial expression meaning something you should buy, a good bargain, etc. But it seems you meant to say something different...?
If you meant to say you wanted to buy a white cardigan, then
白いカーディガンが買いたかったけど、見つからなかった。
Something is not found = 見つからない
ならでは35ドルのカーディガン。
What did you mean with this ならでは?
ならでは means "particular to (something/someone/somewhere)", which is not something you wanted to say?
ちょっと高いね!! 白いなくつ買いたいもけど今お金がない。(￣□￣*)!

You wanted to buy a pair of white shoes, too.
も should be placed right after the word you want to say "too".

To listen is 聴く (same pronunciation)

When some activities are made, the particle to indicate the location is で, not に.
The past tense of 見る is 見た, not 見った.
If you were eating popcorns while watching the TV, you can say ～ながら.
家でポップコーンを食べながらばかばかしい番組を見た。
食った is the past form of 食う, which means "to eat" but sounds rather rude.
Unless you particularly want to sound rough and mannish, it's safer to use 食べる.

If you want to focus on eating popcorn rather than watching the TV show,
家でくだらない番組を見ながらポップコーンを食べた。
一ばんのショーはいやなインテリアデザイナーについて。
When you are counting the order, first, second, third... add 目（め）.
Without め, it sounds more like No.1 (the best).

If Susan left at 11.00 (time), you should add 時.
スーザンは11時で帰った。
11時で is grammatically correct, but normally we use に for time.
それから日本語がべんきょうしたやてがみが書いたや本が読んだ。
が is particle to indicate its preceding word is the subject.
Particle to indicate object is を.
日本語を勉強（べんきょう）した
手紙（てがみ）を書いた
本を読んだ
To put them into one sentence, you can say
日本語を勉強して、手紙を書いて、本を読んだ。
(You did these things in this order.)
日本語を勉強したり、手紙を書いたり、本を読んだりした。
(You did these things and perhaps other things as well, in random order.)
私はちょっとつまらない、しようがないね。(￣д￣)
Though there are small errors, you did it quite well.

!! Thank you all so much for your help~ I went and corrected all the mistakes and learned a lot ne. Hopefully next time I'll do better.

I have a few more questions if no one minds

1.. Is there a word for cookbook? I looked in the dictionary and couldn't find one, but it seems like there would be one. I used "日本食の本" would that be ok?

2. How do you say "compliments"? Like, "he got a lot of compliments on his shirt." and the like.

3. How do you say "so"? Like "He didn't eat, so he is hungry."

4. How do you say "cook" usually?? There are a lot of different words for it in the dictionary. I mean like "I want to learn how to cook."

1. Most commonly used word is 料理の本（りょうりのほん）, and sometimes we (female) say お料理の本.
Sometimes 料理本（りょうりぼん） is used, too, but it is mainly in writing.
If it is a book (not necessarily cookbook) on Japanese dishes, I would say 和食の本（わしょくのほん）. 和食 means Japanese traditional dishes.
日本食（にほんしょく） is not incorrect but used only specific field/situation. For cookbook, definitely 和食 is better.

2. Compliments can be translated as お世辞（おせじ） but this word has rather negative connotation, something said to flatter someone and not always truth.
To get compliments usually is expressed with a verb, not a noun.
To compliment is ほめる.
e.g. "he got a lot of compliments on his shirt."
（彼は）シャツをみんなからほめられた, for instance.

3. That kind of "so" can be translated から or ので.

"He didn't eat, so he is hungry."
（彼は）食べなかったからおなかがすいている。
（彼は）たべなかったのでおなかがすいている。

4. To cook is 料理（りょうり）する. 料理 is the most commonly used word.
料理 is either the activity or its result.
料理を習う（りょうりをならう） to learn how to cook.
この料理はおいしい This dish is delicious.

There are many words which means/similar to cook.
調理する to cook (more scientific? expression)
加熱する to heat
煮る（にる） to cook (in seasoned liquid)
茹でる（ゆでる） to boil in hot water
