彼ら＆彼女たち

Uhh, to say they for a group of guys, you say 彼ら (or 彼たち, possibly?)

and for a group of girls, you say 彼女たち (or 彼女ら, possibly?)

BUT, which do you use for a mixed group? (<--- main question)

I know these types of pronouns aren't used much, but I feel I should learn it anyways...
