1. 安定性というのは少々分かりづらいが、その結果がいつものことだと考えるなら、安定していると考え、たまたま起こったこと、あるいは場合によって結果が異なるなら、不安定な要因だということである。
The best I can make of this is: "Though it may be a little hard to understand, if the results are thought to be always the same, this is considered 'stable'; if results vary depending on chance or circumstances, that is the cause of 'instability'."
Apart from other mistakes:
a) What does いつものこと mean here?
b) In たまたま起こったこと, what is the role of こと within the sentence?
2. ワイナーによれば、この原因帰属によって、その後の学習意欲が決定されるという。もっとも強い原動力となるのは、「不安定」で、しかも「内部」のことだと認知された場合であるという。
I believe this is saying "According to Weiner, people's desire to learn (from their mistakes) depends on this '原因帰属' (attribution of cause). The strongest motivation arises from 'instability' and 'internal cause' ... ?? ...."
As well as any other errors:
a) I am a bit lost about exactly what と認知された場合であるという means. Literally it looks like "(Weiner) says that there is a case where it is acknowledged that..." but this seems too convoluted and I think probably it has a simpler interpretation.
b) In 「不安定」で, is で the て form of the copula, forming a pattern ～は、～で、～だ?
3. 同じ「不安定」でも「外部」の場合は、今以上に学習しようという気にはならない。
I believe this roughly means "The combination 「不安定」 and 「外部」 is even more unlikely to give rise to a desire to learn", but I am unsure what 今以上に refers to. Does it mean "even more than is currently the case (for the person in question)"?
4. 虹は空に弓じょうにかかる。
Translation given: "The rainbow forms an arc in the sky."
Which じょう is this?
