「来たばかりだってのに、君面会は二人目ですよ」

Context: The speaker, an receptionist, said to a girl, who came to visit a boy, that she was the second visitor.

Hi. What does the で in red mean here? Can we use に here?
Thank you.

Hi. What does the で in red mean here? Can we use に here?
It's the particle used in these kinds of numerical expressions, like 'with' in "With you, that's two visitors."

I think it's the same で as in これで全部です, 全部で五千円でした, and other tallying expressions.
