Howdy.
I was tasked by someone to translate a complete playlist of Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso anime theme song titles (not the whole song texts, just the song's name), and I think I did pretty well, however there are just two titles I don't know how to translate. The songs are:

1. ひっちょ
2. 女同士の_かわいい_ [sic!]

As for the first one, I don't know what a ひっちょ is supposed to be. No clue. I figured it might be the sound of someone sneezing. No, really, what does ひっちょ mean?

The second one is troubling me because I don't know how that かわいい fits in. かわいい is obviously an adjective. I guess the underscores are supposed to be something like quotation marks, so... Maybe it's "the way 'kawaii' is said between women"? Ugh. I hate that one.

As you figured out, ひっちょ is the onomatopoeia specific for a character Tsubaki's sneeze, a variation of はくしょん.
