ウィーズリーは我が王者
クアッフルをば止めたれだ

(クアッフル is the name of a ball in a fictional game. These are lines from a supporters' chant. Weasley is a sort of goalkeeper.)

What is ば止めたれだ?

2. 「しかも、もちろん、殺気立ったケンタウルスの群れに、途中気づかれずに森に出入りできればの話じゃない。」

What is the purpose of じゃない in this sentence? Why isn't it ...の話だ／です?

3. 「いい線いってたけどね」

Is いって=言って?

4. 「おまえさんたちの決めるこっちゃねえだろうが」

Is こっちゃねえ = ことはない?

Isn't it 止めたれば?

Is it said by a girl (Hermione?)? If so, じゃない is a sentence final particle, female version of よ/だよ.

行って
いい線行く is a set phrase, meaning "to be on the right track".

4)
Very close, but it's ことではない.

1) No, I checked it again and it's written as ば止めたれだ.

2) Yes, it is said by Hermione.

Google search says it's クアッフルをば止めたんだ.
ば is a particle for emphasis.

EDIT:
I checked the dictionary. をば is from をは, which is an emphasized form of を.

Sorry, you're right. In my printed book these verses are written in a fancy font, which has different character shapes from the main text. That and my poor eyesight!

It's hard to explain the reason methodically, but if it's negative, she would add another sentence final particle at the end of the sentence, something like 出入りできればの話じゃないわ (or, this might be more confusing but 出入りできればの話じゃないじゃない). Of course the context is the most important key, though.

In your example, she seems to be asking confirmation; 話でしょ？.

Thanks for answering Toritoribe, which I can see you must have done just before I deleted my question. I deleted it because I thought I was probably asking you the same question as I have asked before. Anyway, now we are here, I am a bit unclear about how it can be "asking for confirmation", when earlier you said it meant よ/だよ. I thought よ was for stating something emphatically, not asking for conformation, no?

I meant she emphasized a condition which the listener already knew, something like "you know", by "asking confirmation".
