So, I can't figure out how に対して is used in the following sentence:

俺以外の人間に対しては！

以外の means "besides", and に対して means "in regard to/against/in contrast to/etc.", right? But the way it's put together, I can't figure out how it should be translated.

This sentense has no verb, so the meaning or the function of に対して can not be fixed. More context are needed.

The subject do (don't) something to/for/against/toward/ people besides me.
という感じかな。

So I imagine there are three people from a manga who I shall name けいこ、 けいいち and めぐみ for no particular reason.

めぐみ: leaves area.

けいこ: めぐみ先輩はやさしい人わね。
けいいち: 俺以外の人間に対しては！

keiko : Megumi's really kind isn't she?
keiichi : ... to anybody but me!

How's that? Plausible?

I suspect there are some personal reasons for the name けいこ and めぐみ...j/k

keiichi : ... to anybody but me!

How's that? Plausible?

If you add な, it would be 100 times plausible. (100倍plausible)

Is わね completely out? As this was from a (imagined) manga scene I was picturing けいこ as one of these exagerated お嬢様 types... :?

「わね」の前に「だ」か「です」が必要です。
