Hey guys,

I'm trying to understand the use of にでも in the following sentence:

この混乱した状況を部分的にでも改善したい

I'm reading it as something like "(We) want to improve this chaotic situation even partially."

In other words, the situation is so crazy at the moment that they hope to improve it even if just a little bit.

Am I understanding this correctly?
