なっちゃう

Hello I have been studying japanese for 7 months and have made very good progress I think, I know around 2500 words, and with some difficulty do most of the N3 stuff and pass. I think this is a good acheivement for me. I've been progressing to read more manga now, trying to understand some slang, and I noticed I could understand a lot of it! I was really surprised! However some things threw me off.

気になっちゃう存在
Which I think means
I can't help but notice her (his) presence
What does なっちゃうdo in this sentence, I at first thought it would have a negative connation
here is another example

気づいてもらえるんじゃないかと思ってた
I was expecting you would be aware of (sth).

Also in this sentence moraeru means what? to get? to receive?
This was my translation based on the pictures, and it seems to make
sense.

そいうこといわれると会いたくなっちゃうんですけど
Hearing you say that makes me wanna see you.

I believe in this sentence iwareru is from iu "to say"

I vaguely remember in the minna intermediate book I did two months ago that ちゃう is just the spoken form, is nacchau of the same meaning? How come it isnt negative?

that なっちゃう is the short form of なって(なる)しまう I think. That is the 'can't help' part. しまう is an undoable thing. It will have to be that way.

In addition, unlike the similar expressions such like ～ざるをえない or ～ずにいられない, ～てしまう gives a nuance of "unexpectedly". It's often used to express "regret" especially in the past form ～てしまった/～ちゃった, so it can have a negative nuance.

BTW, that's not a sentence, but a phrase. 気になっちゃう is modifying 存在.

Haven't you learned so-called やりもらい動詞 such like ～てもらう, ～てくれる or ～てあげる? ～てもらう means that the subject receives a favor of doing. もらえる is the potential form.

言われる is the passive form of 言う.

Thanks you reaffirmed the doubts I had, I had learned the favors and that is what I had thought, but what exactly is the subject receiving for the second sentence, and is my translation good? Was the subject receiving the awareness(気づいてもらえるんじゃないかと思ってた)?

Yes, your translations are all correct. 気づいてもらえる literally means "I receive the favor of your being able to be aware of it". This shows that your being able to be aware of it is good things for me.
