お金は要らないと言ったんだから、[いまさら たった今 今にも]くれとは言えない。
I can't decipher this. (>_<) Something like: Because I already said I don't need money, now year ends (or is it ''it ends''?) meaning I can't say. WTH is this?
EDIT: Ah! I just found the phrase くれと言う on the net. So is it something like: ''Because I already said I don't need money, now I can't ask for more''?
お金は要らないと言ったんだから、いまさら (お金を) くれとは言えない。(?)
However it is a bit different with the は particle but I think they have the same meaning.

くれ is an imperative form of 呉れる. くれと(は)言えない means "I can't say 'Give me money' now (though I really want to say it)".

Thanks. I was deeply thought that it only goes with form てくれ (>_<).
