Hello

I am confused about when should I add ん before じゃない

Sometimes I hear people say いいじゃない？
Sometimes I hear people say いいんじゃない？

I also hear both あるじゃん and あるんじゃん？


Please help me to solve this.

There may be a nuance, so wait for someone more experienced to give you an answer, but here's what I know.

This ん is a contraction of the explanatory の. It has an explanatory tone to it. Also, when used at the end of a question, it gives the feeling of seeking an explanation.
"
「なんでテーブルの下で探してるの？」Why are you looking under the table?
「コンタクトレンズを落としたんだ。」I dropped a contact lens.

It's hard to summarize the difference between the two forms. The meaning depends on whether it's said with a rising intonation or a falling one, or whether what is put before （ん）じゃない is a noun/na-adjective or a verb/i-adjective. Generally, it's said that じゃない？is used for confirmation of things the speaker knows/experienced, and んじゃない？ is for things the speaker thinks/guesses.

As for いいんじゃない？, it could sound halfhearted.
