Those are all valid, including the verb version, for instance 行くからです vs. 行きますから. However, the meanings are not the same. Both are valid as an answer to the question asking the reason, but only ~です/ますから is vaid when saying something (recommondation, explanation, counterargument, etc) with the reason.
Q: どうして毎日ラーメンを食べるのですか?
A: 好きですから。/好きだからです。
Q: A店とB店のどっちがいいですか?
A: A店のほうがいいですよ。おいしいですから。
(おいしいからです。 can't be used here.)
A: 早く行かないと遅刻しますよ。
B: 先に行っといてください。僕もすぐ行きますから。
(行くからです。 can't be used here.)
A: まだ宿題やってないの?
B: ちゃんとやりますから。
(やるからです can't be used here.)
As you can see, the last three examples are actually inversions (おいしいですから、A店のほうがいいですよ。, 僕もすぐ行きますから、先に行っといてください。). As for the last one, the main clause 怒らないでください, 心配しないでください or like that is omitted since it's obvious from the context.
