Hello,

I don't really understand the using of the word だって.

I want always to use it for a connection in a sentence ; which is similar to "and".

Like here, those connection words end also with って :
今は学校行って、日本語を勉強して、家に帰る。 (Today I go to school and learn Japanese and then return home.)

and I wonder if datte has the same meaning if I use it like this:
すべての人は美味しい食べ物が好きだって、そんな食べ 物を見つけるなら、食べたい。 (All people like delicious food and if they see such food, they want to eat it.)

Can anyone explain me please the using of this word? its really confusing me.

Thank you very much!

で would be used for "and".

だって is sometimes "but", sometimes "also", and sometimes "even". When it's used as "but", it's typically kind of kiddy and is coupled with もん. だって、これは僕のだもん!or something.

俺にだって(も)こんなことができるんだ is a use of it as "also". Note, it's more emotive than も.
