- Dictionary Form(Non-past form) indicates an action that happens all the time (or with some frequency) and also if the action isn't completed yet
- The TA-Form(Past form) is used when the action is over and finished. Let's see, with practice, examples of HOW and WHEN to use each of these expressions.
