Ooh, we're doing a movies list?

Yaaaay! Ok, ok, here goes:
(in no particular order)
Nightmare Before Christmas - It's Tim Burton, it's animated with dolls, it's got Jack Skellington in it, and as if that wasn't enough: The music and songs by Danny Elfman are superb!
Edward Scissorhands - A story about a boy with scissors instead of hands must be good right? Yet another Tim Burton, and nothing beats his wonderful dark fairy tale world. Besides, seing a pale, scarred Johnny Depp is... a good experience!
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest - old movie with Jack Nicholson doing some great acting. Actually the overall acting in this movie is about some of the best I've ever seen. Put shortly, the story takes place on a mental hospital. Nurse Ratched is as evil as can be!
Episodes 4,5 and 6 of STAR WARS - Yes, they're cult. George Lucas shouldv'e stopped after making these ones; no computer animated special effects, no stupid pretty boy Anakin. Instead, the old movies grant us with super evil Darth Vader, plastic Yoda, confused Luke Skywalker, Leia with wierd hair, tons of super cool veichles AND Chewie!! These movies are great! *dies*
Cabaret - old movie again. Good cabaret movie with Liza Minelli and some really good song numbers.
Battle Royale - school uniforms and murder should be combined more frequently!
SUICIDE CLUB - sorry, but I just couldn't make a list without mentioning this movie: Are you connected to yourself?
Ping Pong - Yosuke Kubozuka as Peco does a great character, and this movie, whether you like ping pong or not, is just one that moves you!
Goodbye Lenin - german movie. Cool plot. German movie! XD
The Rocky Horror Picture Show - it's got transsexual transvestites and singing in it. We must all watch it right NOW!
Lilja 4-ever - Swedish movie by the only good film director we've got at the moment; it's about trafficking of prostitutes from Russia to Sweden, and it's a deeply tragic film. Great acting!
A warning: Don't watch this movie, or... watch it and prepare to become disgusted!
A Hole in my Heart - by the same Swedish director (Lukas Modysson) Actually, I wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone, so DON'T see it, it's shocking, horrible, sickening, terrible, tragic, and probably the most nauseous movie you'll ever see. And I'm not talking about horror. This isn't horror at all, but just four people, locked in an appartment, making an amateur porn film. The movie isn't at any point erotical, but instead shows four people who have reached the absolute bottom and have no respect for themselves anylonger. There are sickening scenes which include rape, forced eating, throwing up and... actually, I don't wanna talk about it. The movie will break both the characters and You down mentally. When it was first shown for the critics, more than half of the people in the room just walked out; the movie was to terrible for them to watch. But still, despite all this, it has gotten great response, and is considered somewhat a masterpiece. The acting is beyond words, it's just soo great. This is a very very special swedish movie!
Dangerous Liaisons - With John Malcovich and Glenn Close both doing a great job building up the arogant feel in the characters, and with amazing constumes and set in the 18th century, this is the best movie of it's kind!
The Commitments - good film , set in Ireland, about starting a band. IT's an entertaining movie, and the soundtrack is the best!
Whew.. can't think of anymore right now... but more will come! I just love movies!

Movies = escapism, escapism = fun!
