Yeah! Fellow Dir en Grey freaks! Yes I love DeG in a most bondagey way.
I dug up an old post of mine since I don't feel like typing everything out.
Dir en Grey are my GODS. *we're not worthy we're not worthy*
I love all of them in their own weird way. But numero uno is Kaoru-sama!! Die makes me think kinky thoughts (what with all that bondage he wears);Toshiya is hot on bass; Shinya is so pretty it's scary; and the little one Kyo is like my pet toy.
And you gotta love their clothes! Sugoi...
But the thing I adore most about DeG is their MUSIC! I fell in love with the music before I had actually seen them. AND I MUST SEE THEM.

I only have Kisou and their singles. I've heard Vulgar and it's pretty good. I like Marmalade Chainsaw, Obscure, and audience KILLER LOOP. As for others...well I have LOTS. I can't list them all. -_-;

I also heard their music before I saw them. So I to love them for their music, not their looks. The fackt that they are dropdead gorgeus, have sooo cool outfits and make-up comes as a really big pluss tough.
 
Does anyone know a way I can get the cage pv? I've seen screen caps from the song but I've never acually watched the whole thing.
I wish DeG was still really visual, its sad that their look has clamed down. But I still love them ^-^ they are so kawaii!

The Cage PV can also be found on the Gauze PV dvd, which was out of print for a while but was reissued some time ago, perhaps a year or so. It can be found... through special ordering at Kinokuniya, CDJapan, or probably YesAsia. If you're just looking for the Cage PV though, and that's all, you'd probably be better off just downloading it, even though the DVD quality is 10,000x sexier.

Dir en grey English OHP

Yeah - let's move fast. Deg has opened up an English version of their OHP, which is located at DIR EN GREY OFFICIAL SITE. It's very lovely and quite comprehensive, surprisingly up to date and nicely understandable. It is also my favorite English J-band page >____>;

It's sexy, it's nice - everyone must go see it.

Yes I love Dir en grey.
Even if I am a Gauze and Macabre era *****, I just love all their music... I kinda miss their hard visual days now... but without a doubt they are still a very strong visual kei band.

Fav songs eh?... I can't decide one, but in the case I just can pick one song by them to listen the rest of my life, it would be Mazohyst of Decadence, a masterpiece that transport you into Kaoru's masochist mind, and Kyo's explicit description of an abort... it make my cry sometimes.
I also love... -I'll- and Toriko (oh, how I love those songs...), Unknown...Despair...a Lost, Yokan (so much memories), Akuro no Oka (beutiful Kyo poem there), MASK, Myaku and Ash (another single with awesome songs... I love both!), MACABRE (a pretty good runner-up for Mazohyst!), Deity, Zakuro (that lyrics...), FILTH, karasu, Gyakujou tannou Keloid Milk (possibly the best on Kisou), and of VULGAR I like RED...[em], NEW AGE CULTURE and AMBER the most... the whole album is good as always though... songs like DRAIN AWAY and OBSCURE should be in the list as well.
And I am in absolute love with the new single, The Final, the PV is also very good. This song is a beautiful melodic song, somewhat like DRAIN AWAY but Kyo's singin way is something new in this song... maybe a mix between the old and the new Kyo... awesome!

My fav dir en grey song is Zan, i really love the laughin part, and their newest single the final is really good

I LOVE "The Final." I think it's very beautiful and is a great mix of old and new Dir en grey. Reminds me A LOT of the movie "The Crow." The lyrics are very beautiful and poetic and I adore the imagery. Kyo also sounds extremely wonderful in this song -- I tend to like it more when he really sings as opposed to when he's screaming, convulsing, orgasming, and mumbling in songs because he has a really great voice and huge vocal range.

I think musically the band made a great move; if "The Final" is a step through the door to Dir e grey's evolution, then I'm really looking forward to what they release later.

Anyway, Dir en grey is my favorite JRock band... and it's impossible for me to pick a favorite song. ^_^;
 
Hmm . Ash, Cage, Filth, and oddly, Pink Killer, all rock imo. As you can see from my av, he/she's my favourite :-P

Think in "Mazohyst of Decadence", the song is about an abort... Kyo sings like if he is actually the embryo that is being aborted... pretty impressive.

Yeah.. Like Embryo, Bottom Of The Death Valley and 24ko Cylinders too, I guest.. But I haven't heard The Final yet.. but I've preordered it so I hope I will get it as soon as possible hehee.. Just can't wait.. Guess I have to be patient..

That's true! I don't think that the suicide is produced by an artistic expression.
Idem for Marilyn Manson's songs: a great number of youngs become satanists "in the name of Marilyn Manson"... but he is an artist! Stupid generation. :mad:
 
I want to hear The Final!!!! I want it... I want to see the PV too.. Hiks.. Poor me.. My order haven't arrived yet [Vulgar and The Final]. Hope I can get it soon.. *God only knows* 😌

dir en grey are very cool! im not sure what my favourite song is but i pretty much like anything by them. i saw one of their film clips it was really interesting.
 
I must say since I watched "Myaku" the first time, it became my favorite Dir en Grey song

I like all Diru's song but i think Mazohyst of Decadence is the best and i like 304 Kyoushitsu no Sakura's lyric (i'm touched....)
